At itgeliyor, we are committed to providing quality services to our clients. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
General Refund Guidelines
- Advance Payment for Order Confirmation:
- An advance payment is required to confirm any order.
- If the order is canceled by the client, 25% of the advance payment will be refunded.
- Monthly Services:
- If the service has been used for 3–6 months, the payment made is non-refundable.
- Clients may cancel the service at any time, but no refunds will be issued for monthly payments already made.
- Yearly Services:
- If 50% of the payment is made upfront for yearly services and the client cancels, 25% of the payment will be refunded.
- If the full payment is made and the service is canceled after a few months of use, 5% of the full payment will be refunded.
- Custom Services:
- For services not explicitly covered above, refunds will be handled as per the service agreement.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- If the service has been fully delivered and utilized as per the agreement.
- For delays or interruptions caused by the client or third-party dependencies.
- For any cancellation requests made outside the conditions outlined above.
Cancellation Procedure
Clients wishing to cancel their service must:
- Provide written notice via email or official communication channels.
- Allow up to 14 business days for refund processing after cancellation approval.
